It started on a Saturday morning — standing in the backyard with my kid, coffee going cold on the porch rail, watching them figure out the world one question at a time. That moment, like so many others, reminded me of something simple but easy to forget: this is the game that matters most.

I started this company because I kept looking for something that represented that feeling. Something that said I'm a dad first. A husband first. A family man first. Not in a loud way — in a quiet, confident way. The kind of thing you wear to the tailgate, to the little league game, to the grocery store on a Sunday, and people just know.

We named it The Home Team because your home team is the one you were born into, the one you built, and the one you choose every single day. It's not always glamorous. It doesn't always make the highlight reel. But it's the most important team you'll ever be a part of.
